Hi, I am unable to be stable in my thinking process. Sometimes I feel really low and unable to concentrate on any of my works and some times I feel myself as pushback to me. But when I am feeling low the thoughts are killing me to a very high level and make me feel lonely. How to get rid of these situations and make myself stable in thinking?

Whatever you have learned can be unlearned or over written. This is a continuous process happening throughout your life. I suggest cognitive behavior therapy for you. Take care.
