I am suffering from foot pain from a year. It's in the center of the feet. Some times pain also occurs in top part of feet .(i am talking about the side of the feet which touches the earth). I have consult with some doctors they gave me pain killers and multivitamins bit of no use. Please guide.

Heel Pain: Get treated with Ultrasonic therapy which would directly heal the calcaneal spur (inflammation of the calcaneum bone) which causes the heel pain in majority of the cases.
