I run on a very busy schedule and I don't get much time to workout nor do I follow a healthy diet. I leave home in early hours and return by 10pm or so. Its only a Sunday I get to do some exercise. Can anyone suggest meh the best way suitable for me to stay healthy in my work schedule?
