I have isolated cramps/tightness in my right bicep and right calf when I work out. This occurs when not even working these muscles. I drink over a gallon of water a day and stretch. Could I have tweaked or pinched something?

Wall calf stretchStand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for the 10 sec with repetition of 3 times.
