I am 28 years old, I suffered with low platelet count and heavy neck and shoulder pain with high fever before 20 days, I got admitted in a hospital and discharged with full relief. Now I am feeling again heavy neck and shoulder pain and my platelet is again decreasing, now it is 120k. Last time when tested for dengue it was -ve. I am much afraid about the actual problem. Please advice me.
