From past 4 days there is minor pain in my left side chest & pain in my left hand which is coming & going constantly & little problem in breathing 2 months back also I had same problem at that time I had done ecg & echo but everything was normal in report what is reason for this I have sinus tachycardia & sinus bradycardia.
