Always remember, your health comes first, if you feel things are getting overwhelming, step aside and politely say no. You do not have to do everything and you do not need to excel in everything. Write down the amount of time that you spend on various things and figure out where you can cut down and save some time for yourself. For example, try to cut down your screen time. Try to to do some form of physical activity like jogging or exercising. Do meditation to relax yourself, take care of your sleep and diet.
