I want to share my problem with you with this hope that you will have its solution. I am 48 years old. I am married since 20 years but have no baby so far. I took treatment from many Doctors in Pakistan but my problem is still there. Doctors say that your sperm count and morphology is OK, there is only problem of pus cells because of which my active sperms become dead otherwise sperms production and count is normal. Can you refer someone to whom I can meet in Pakistan and discuss the problem in detail or I have to visit to you in USA. I can travel anywhere in the World for treatment of this problem as my life is incomplete without children. Particulars of my latest semen analysis are as under: Volume = 4 ml Consistency =Liquid Colour = White Grey Liquefaction Time = 20 Minutes Sperm Count = 60 mill/ml Sperm Motility: Active = 5% Sluggish = 10% Non Motile = 85% Sperm Morphology = 60% Normal Pus Cells = 3-4/HPF pathologist Comments: Findings are consistent with Asthenospermia. Many sperms with multiple cervical & cephalic abnormalities seen. Normal count with decreased motility. Kindly let me know do you have treatment of this problem.
