I am suffering from severe back pain ,along with calcaneal spur in both heels my back pain resist me to bend, and it increases in bed time while I'm lying my legs when I pulls my leg means to say bend when I bend my legs back pain decrease Kindly help me from whom I should consult orthopedic or rheumatologist.

Hi good morning please take good calcium supplements and for your condition consult near qualified Physiotherapist he will assist you and he will give best treatment and home exercises. As well as for your calcneal spur apply 3 minutes in hot Water fermentation with pinch of salt and 1 minute normal water for 10 repitation morning and evening maintain the heat of the water. Use MCR chappal, don't do long standing, do home exercises.
