My wife has pain in the backside of the neck. Sometimes this pain remains lin ower back portion and sometimes near shoulders. Orthopedic Doctor advised her painkiller and muscle relaxation tablets twice a day. It is due to cervical problem. She is working woman and doing sitting job from 9 to 5 pm. Please advise suitable medicine/ treatment for this disease. Mt vitamin D3 test was 24.3 and vitamin B12 was 269 pg/ml.
