I'm a transgender and I live in a homophobic country where we got killed or go to prison (Kuwait) here is my question last months I turned 18 and I was taking pills birth control pills and finasteride for 4 months and I'm sick of taking them so I wanna remove my testicles but I can't remove them just because I'm a transgender I need a medical reason that make the doctors remove my testicles like they don't have a choice what I can do? I heard that atrophy testicle should be removed but what if both testicles are atrophy should they be removed or not? And if it's not what can do? Please I need your help!
