Dear lybrateuser, - To improve immunity lead a healthy lifestyle including a well-balanced diet, regular exercise, proper sleep & low stress levels - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts - avoid deep fried, processed & junk foods - include a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content & immunity - have plenty of oral fluids - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night - de-stress by doing yoga, meditation, listening to light music, reading or following a hobby - a positive & a healthy lifestyle leads to a strong immunity.
