Female 27 years for infertility issue HSG was done. Opinion is: mild hydrosalpinx of right side.Left corneal block. Report well visualized uterine cavity by contrast media. No filling defect or any irregularities in cavity. Right fallopian tube is visualized is in entire length with fimbrial block & mild dilatation of ampullary portion. Left fallopian tube is not visualized at all &blockage at corneal end. No spillage is noted on either sides. Kindly explain and resolve d issue how could I conceive soon.

You should go for laparoscopy and hysteroscopy ,to see wether the cornual and fimbrial block can be opened or not.
