I had no motions for since 3 days and i am feeling always tired to start new activity? Please help me.

Water is really important. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily with enough of fruits & vegetables, take fruits with skin and atleast 500 gms of green leafy vegetables, take one apple daily and include high fiber grains in your breakfast such as dalia, oats. Do take lukewarm water before & after meals.
