My penis erections r decreasing from last 5 years and now some time it doesn't react and don't erect even if am mentally prepared for sex with my partner and even after 10-20 minutes fore play. I am feeling embarrassed and serious about the issue. Please advise some permanent remedy bcos I am found of sex but due to this I feel life is going to end soon.
