Hi, I am suffering from belly fat my weight is normal but tummy fat are the major issues so tell me how can I loos tummy fat, Regularly I have intake approx 1200 cal from meal amd breakfast I am pure vegetarian.

Reason is inactivity. Your BMI is good but still you have extra fat that points towards sedentary lifestyle. Try some routine exercises and rather than just counting calories see that whr are they coming from like fried food or carbohydrates. Get your protein intake in line. If you have habit of excess alcohol, you should control it.
