Hello lybrate-user, firstly you have to avoid anxiety and stress. Try to avoid more spice, oily and junk food. Please, take fibrous diet. Make your habit to do exercise in morning and take proper sleep at least 7 to 8 hrs. Also, drink plenty of water. Thank you.
