Hello lybrate-user, what's your weight and height, just wanna know, again controlling weight depends upon your daily routine, such as - eating greens and fruits and nuts except cashew - avoid junk food - eating small meal at short interval like every 2 hours - never skip your breakfast - have a heavy breakfast, less lunch and very light dinner - avoid coffee or tea - drink loads of water - add lemon to your diet - avoid oil add ghee to your diet - proper sleep - and excercise in the form of walking, swimming, skipping, cycling or suryanamaskar or yoga are best option. Be healthy. Be happy.
