Good day. I am a 26 year old male. I am a bit concerned about myself. For the past few months I have been experiencing these symptoms. Lack of appetite but force myself to eat but still have 2-3 bowl movements per day. There is blood in my stool. My stomach is bloated and tender and sore. I have been experiencing allot of migraines, back pain, mood swings, tight chest, chest pains, tired although I am getting my 8 hours sleep a day and no energy. Please advise if it is serious and what it may be?
