I have tried honey in Water one glass daily empty stomach for weight lose but does not effect so much. Any other formula for weight lose.

Hii Sir, For the weight loss you need to restrict the carbohydrate rich foods in your diet. Take high protein and high fat diet. the carbohydrate intake should be less than 50 grams per day to manage the weight. Include more vegetables and protein rich foods like paneer, soyabean,chicken,eggs and you can have dry fruits also in your diet.
