I quit smoking on 1 sep 2018. But I smoked in total 10 cigarettes till 25th sep and that no smoking till date. I faced lots of quit smoking symptoms like, tonsil pain on right side and ear, ulcers in mouth, throat irritation, panic attacks, dryness in mouth etc. I want to know still thr is dryness or I will say I am feeling stretched muscle at times under tongue the area connected with lower jaw. Now since today I am getting irritation inside throat and little cough. Is the texture of veins start changing like dark red veins, green veins etc.

Dear lybrate-user, Lot of your symptoms does NOT sound like quit smoking symptoms. However congratulations for quitting smoking. Keep your motivational level high to continue without any relapses. Probably you have an upper respiratory tract or throat infection. Consult an ENT doctor who will diagnose and treat these symptoms. Till then do salt water goggle three times a day.
