Hi, Per my lipid test, total cholesterol 171, triglyceride 215, HDL 35, LDL 91, VLDL 43, Total cholesterol ratio 4.9. Height 163, weight 75.5 kg, please to advise further steps. Can I intake extra virgin olive oil 1tsp per day, I took omeprazole for 30 days and zyloric 100 mg for 30 days, can increase triglyceride becoz of diuretics.
