Hi, 1 month ago accidentally I found a lump on my right testicle. It was completely asymptotic. Now USG of testis is done. USG result shows 1- Both right testis and right epididymis are normal in size. Right testis = 4.51.8 cm. 2- Left testis and epididymis are normal. Left testis = 4.41.9 cm 3 - A small simple cyst is seen in right tunica albuginea. It measure = 3.72.8 mm. 4 - Minimal free fluid is seen right sided tunica vaginalis sac. 5 - Vas and pampiniform plexus on both sides appear normal. 6 - Both spermatic cord appear normal. IMPRESSION:-. 1) small right tunica albuginea cyst. 2) Minimal right hydrocele. I have two questions. 1. It has danger signs? It needs surgery? 2. Both the testis are normal in size. So, from where right hydrocele come?
