Respected sir, i am suffering from short breathless and i have pain in my legs at night (in ankle and feet). I am also suffering from cough from last week, so i went to my doctor. He asked me to do test of sputum / hypothesis and a chest x-ray which i have done.. Now in chest x-ray the report says that i have heart enlargement problem due to my high b.p. Sir please tell me how to take care with it or the medicine / treatment. Sir i can't pay to much money to go to heart specialist please help me.
