I am getting trouble in lying on bed, after having dinner, even wait for one hour, feeling uneasy, if I take less dinner.

Firstly you must have a good amount of water and fluids in your diet. Avoid junk foods on a regular basis. Include fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains and nuts in your diet. Avoid crash diets or keeping long fasting gaps between meals. Include healthy fats in your diet. Try to have a glass of water water first thing in the morning and after few minutes of msin meals. Do not skip breakfast. Avoid excessive intake of tea, coffee or aerated drinks especially late into the night. Avoid sleeping or eating very late at nights. If your digestion is good then your body can relax at bedtime.
