Take high protein, high fiber low carbohydrate and low fat diet .Both plant and animal proteins are good source of protein such as egg white, lean fish, lean meats, lentils pulses. Choose complex carbohydrate (brown rice, brown bread, oats, green vegetables, fresh fruits ). Take low fat dairy products, drink plenty of water.
