My sister had an operation twice and had a baby but unfortunately she wants a baby because of some personal reasons but problem here is when she had a second baby she told doctor that she doesn't want to have a baby again so doctor blocked it permanently can she be pregnant again by getting a proper treatment please help she will go in depression otherwise.

Yes it's possible. First we have to check what kind of method was used for permanent sterilization (meaning for blockage). And can go ahead with tubal surgery or go for IVF treatment.
