Sir I am regularly doing exercise and having low fat diet but still I am not able loose fat from body parts.

Follow a weight reducing diet. Increase your protein and fiber intake and decrease your carbohydrate and fat intake. Drink plenty of water. Protein should come from both plant and animal sources (lean fish, lean meat, egg white, lentils,pulses ). Take dairy product (d. Tonned. Choose complex carbohydrate rather simple carbohydrate (brown rice, brown bread, fresh vegetables, fruits ). Avoid banana, Chickoo, jackfruit, dry fruits. Avoid roots and tubers (potato, Arum, beet).take 1 almond daily as it contains HDL which acts as a fat cutter.
