I have problem regarding ears since birth. I can hear sound but do not understand it. What should I do?

This must be due to hearing loss at some frequencies. Many patients face this difficulty where they hear few sounds out of whole sound spectrum. For example if someone can hear "m" sound (low pitch sound) but can't hear "s" sound (High pitch sound), Now the word "some" with sound as "amm" so you heard but did not understand. Please get yourself tested by a qualified audiologist and go as per his advice.
