I am 22 years old. I am now currently focusing on studies for the competitive exams that's why since many days I have not given eye on body. My body weight is 70 kg, height is 5.7 feet. I want to reduce my belly fat. It is upto 46 inches and it seems no good. What should I do to reduce the belly fat around stomach?

Hello Lybrate-user, Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
