Hlo doctor, I am a 33 years old lady, I delivered my baby through c section some 2 years back, after which I am trying to loss belly fat, I do exercise 5 days a week at a fitness center which includes aerobics, running, yoga, cardio, weight lifting, belly exercise all, and I always control my diet although I cheat a bit on weekends. But I am not seeing much reduction in belly fat. please suggest me something, please help where I am doing wrong?

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
