Sometimes, I have pain in abdomen area and most of the time it is towards exact right side of the penis, sometimes in right testicle as well. No swelling can be detected. Noticing this from around a month also have frequent urination issue ,urine smells more sulphuric. So I am wondering what exactly could be the issue and how can I cure it ?
