Hi, I am 32 year male, my weight is 72, I did the gym last 3 months but due to time constraints I have to take a break from gym so how should I continue my fitness without hitting gym for next 2 months and in between I have a problem of sarcoidosis in my eyes so doctor prescribed me a steroid tablet wysolone and which results in weight gain! So how can I continue my fitness without hitting gym for next 2 months I will not be able to hit the gym!
