What is the cause of eye moments. I always blink my eyes continuously .6 months back I came to know that I have ocd .I took medicines for 4 months .I always count everything .not able to sleep at night .I always doubt everything. At first I used to spend more than 30 mint taking shower .but now I don't even want to go to the washroom. I feel so dirty .I told my mom that I don't want to go to washroom and I don't even like to listen the word washroom I feel so dirty .but my mom tells me that its just thoughts ignore them .I tried to ignore all those thoughts but I can not .as I said I doubt everything for eg. something might happen to me something wrong Few days back I saw some mews about cancer and d symptoms and the next day I got some red rashes I asked my mom she told that they r due to heat but my mind was not ready to accept what my mom told I am just thinking about cancer that I might b have cancer not only this in every case this happens please help m so depressed.
