Close ur mouth and nose and increase pressure of ur chest ,,,,take air for 4-5 secs and exhale for 3-4 secs,,do some yoga,, stretching exercises,,relax ur mind,,take deep breaths,,take more nuts,fruits,lean fish,, sprouts,, physical activity is mandatory,,take enough sleep,,avoid coffee and alcohol,,this will help
