Hi, Female patient of about 54 years old. Keeps on smiling, laughing and sometimes crying without any obvious reason or evidence. She keeps on talking audibly to someone in her own imagination. She can either sleep for hours or may not sleep for a complete day and night and keeps on staring into air and talking, laughing or crying etc. She often becomes confused and forgets little and important things like her to do tasks, what did she eat or cooked in her last meal and many of such things. She's lacking her interest in her daily household or office job activities. Kindly provide me with the best possible diagnosis and treatment for such a case. Please suggest me.
