Hi Doctor, I got fever one night that remained for 24 hrs. The temperature was 98 to 100. 4F.I was having headache and body pain as well I took one dose of paracetamol 650 mg. The other day I was fine but had dry cough occasionally. I was 4 weeks pregnant then. Will this fever or medication harm the baby or can have any birth or neural tube defects.
