I have been masturbating since I was 15. Earlier it was once or twice a week and gradually it became a daily habit ie once a day. But in the past few months this has become a kind of addiction. I do it 2 or 3 times a day sometimes. I have tried to quit several times but failed. I have never actually been in a sexual intercourse with anyone and I am afraid that this habit of mine might affect me in my sexual life. Infertility or decrease in sperm count or lower semen quality or not being able to perform at all, these things I am afraid of. Can you please suggest some ways which can help me increase my stamina and decrease my habit of masturbation? Also, I want to gain some weight as well as I am underweight.
