I am 55 I am having Hypertension I take one BP tablet every day and I take herbal i.e.Amla Ashwagandha and aloevera one spoon along with water daily in morning and evening one Triphala tab can I continue this for life time.

Hi lybrate-user ji. You can continue the herbal remedies for next 3 months & then asses the plan. It should be arranged according to seasons. You should focus on regular walking, regular & healthy diet, Anulom vilom pranayam, meditation. Use Garlic, rocksalt, ginger, pomegranate in the diet. Stay healthy.
