I am a 20 year old female I began my first men trial period at age 10 I used to never have cramps but since I was 18 I began to get cramps and now they have gotten worst I have extremely painful cramps on my lower back and lower stomach I feel nauseous, dizzy,heavy periods I have to use the big pads because I go through a pad in like half an hours sometimes even less and my period lasts for 7 to 8 days and their is months that I don?t get my period and other months that my period only last like 4 days but then I will get my period again a week after over the counter pain medication does?t help unless I take 3 500 mg Tylenol then the pain goes away but it makes me so sleepy.
