My period is 4 days late. I have never missed my period before. I am negatively tested for pregnancy with my urine test done at home. So what could be the problem?

Hello lybrate-user, as you said usually your periods are normal and you have confirmed the negative pregnancy test. Sometimes stress (either physical or mental) may delay the periods. So don't worry, you can still wait for another 4-5 days. You can do some brisk walk/ jogging or skipping or some rigorous exercise. However, if still they don't appear, kindly visit me in person for diagnosis and better treatment as homeopathic medicines have wonderful effects in such conditions.
