My upper tooth has become crooked a month after scaling and the teeth around wisdom tooth seem to be depressed so food particles are sticking to it and are hard to remove. There's also a black dot on one tooth which I couldn't remove using toothbrush. How can I make my teeth perfect like before and how can I restore enamel?
