Eating rice does not create a Six Pack, rather excess rice may lead to a bigger tummy. Six Pack is created by at least 1-2 years of sustained controlled diet + Targeted exercises, including cardio, abs, HIIT, weights etc. Create a 2 hour Exercise schedule, a low carb - high protein diet schedule and in two years time you could have a Six pack.
