Hello doctor I am kalp Doctor I hv a question MOSTLY every day I get cough sneezing dripping of nose AT NIGHT in both conditions When I am in A.C (RARELY) when I am not in ac And doctor today I am getting some breathing problems I am not understanding what happening with me what should I do.

You are suffering from allergic rhinitis. Its a common problem now a days. As your problem is increasing in intensity, thats why now you r having breathing problems. Do saline gargles daily. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
