Hi, I'm 20 years old I'm suffering from pcod problem because of this I've gained weight, hair loss, body pain, I feel very tired, my skin tone has darkened .I feel very low these days. What should I do to come out of this?

Pcod is a lifestyle disorder, change your lifestyle and eating habits. Reduce your weight, weight reduction corrects hormonal imbalance, this corrects menstrual irregularities. You should do brisk walking for 30 minutes daily and do breathing and stretching exercises. Eat a healthy balanced diet. Restrict fat and carbohydrate intake. Take lots of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits. Do not take fried ,junk and preserved food. Do not take carbonated drinks and packed juices Keep yourself busy in your studies and your hobbies.
