I am Suffering from cholesterol how can I get rid of it I can not even run or walk for some distance since I get tired fast. What to do please tell.

Dear lybrateuser, - To reduce cholesterol follow some precautions : - avoid fried, processed & junk foods, foods containing sugars & fats such as bakery items - have more of fibre containing foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa instead of refined ones, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, have low fat dairy & dairy products - have foods containing heart healthy fats such fish like tuna, mackeral, salmon, sardines, olive or canola oil for cooking, avocados, nuts, flax seeds - do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, playing a game, yoga & meditation - avoid alcohol & smoking if you do - reduce weight by diet & exercise if overweight.
