I am a 72 years old male using insulin. I met a urologist for consultation regarding Urinary problem I.pain ful urination He advised ultra sound ,flow meter tests. Ultra sound test indicated slight prostate enlargement measures 4. 6x2x3.7 cm-38 cc medianlobe enlarged causing indentation in base bladder Mild prostatomegaly other tests normal. The urologist prescribed should8 mg and tab Fynal 500 mg to be used for a month. My question is whether the medication is correct and why he prescribed Fynal500 Antibiotic for a month. Is it necessary to use for a month?
