Hi, My brother is 15 years old, height 5.4 and weight 46 kg. He experiences pain after urination and once if pain starts he feels like urinating again and again. It mostly occurs at night and the pains last for 2 hrs and many a times throughout the night. Because of not being allowed to go to washroom frequently during school, he avoids drinking water frequently. During classes tests (which is conducted twice a week) he sleeps for 1.5-2 hrs at night. Can this be the cause for pain. He's suffering from past 2 years. We even took him to a physician but that did not help. Is there any need for a medical treatment? What can we do?
