I am 21 years old and I had varicocele and I got surgery 2 months back before surgery my reports are like this. Scrotal ultrasound. Left testis. - 2.5�3.47�1.59=7.07g. Normal in echo texture and small in size. Right testis-3.59�2.51�1.89=8.94g. Normal in echo texture and small in size. Impression- 1.left sided varicocele (small/moderate grade). 2.bilateral small sized and normal echo texture testis. Semen analysis Is it possible to make sperm count to 50mil Before surgery Colour- greyish white. Volume-2.5 ml Viscosity-thick Liquaification time- 60 min Ph-alkaline 7.5 Motility grading Total count-12. 8 million/ml Pus cells -14-16/hpf Active motile-40 a slow progress-20 b non progressive-40 Morphology Normal-70 Abnormal-30 Rbc -nil And I gone through operation. And after 2 months of surgery still veins are there in left side and what should I do to increase fertility. Can I lead normal life please any one suggest .i have pain every time after I masturbate.
