Hello, 24 years old living in India. I have a painful bump on the underside of my thigh. It seems to have developed since I felt something like a insect bite, 4 days ago. Initially it was small but now it's almost 1 cm wide and there is pus and blood leaking from it. I have been using cotton dipped in Dettol to wipe it off and have applied soframycin as it helps with the pain. Scared that it might require a cut open and drainage. Will it go away on its own? Please suggest me.
